Adoption Alley
Adoption Alley
In 2013 Santa Clara County Sheriff Laurie Smith had the idea to have animals that were adoptable down at Christmas in the Park and thus the groundwork for Adoption Alley was born. We work with various animal agencies to bring lovable cats and dogs (and sometimes a bird or two) down to Christmas in the Park. Two unique displays house the animals and volunteers help run the entire program. Our Santa Paws display features three rooms for smaller animals and our Unleashed by Petco Porch is an outdoor structure for larger animals. You can always find some of our reindeer friends occupying the stalls when the animals are away and our elves help keep the Santa Paws house nice and clean for our guests. In addition you can also find everyone's favorite beagle Snoopy and his pal Woodstock just across the way as they decorate for the holidays.
