Christmas in July is our annual summer fundraiser. We will be taking full advantage of San Jose's warm summer months this year. Christmas in July will be held on Saturday July 20, 2013 under the Circle of Palms in downtown San Jose. Come enjoy a night of dinner, drinks and dancing under the stars and brightly lit palm trees. This year’s theme, “Blinky’s Beach Bash”, should add even more fun to the special evening.
Last year's Christmas in July was a huge success with a record crowd of over 400 people in attendance. This year guests will enjoy an evening of hors d'oeuvres, a robust silent auction, dinner catered by Cosmopolitan Catering, and dancing to the music of SAGE. Passers-by will gaze curiously at the site of Christmas trees in the middle of summer and the festive fun that is sure to happen this year.
Guests can participate in a game of "Heads and Tails." The winner of last year's game won a package from the Microsoft Store at Valley Fair valued at $2000! There will also be an opportunity to unlock the Christmas in the Park toy chest. Last year's prizes included an all-expenses paid vacation to Las Vegas and a custom Christmas in the Park Xbox. Of course the silent auction had amazing prizes as well. Winning bidders took home wine tasting tours, hard-to-get concert tickets, stay-cations at local hotels, and a week in Incline Village, and a variety of sports memorabilia.
Nothing is better than good food, drinks, live music, dancing, fun games, prizes, and great company sharing the love of the holidays. It is no wonder that tickets for tables sold out days before last year's event!
