Christmas in the Park is located at the Plaza de Cesar Chavez in Downtown San José on Market Street between San Carlos and San Fernando in Downtown San José

Public Transportation Go Green! Take Public Transportation! Don’t want to deal with the hassle of finding and paying for parking? Save time and money with San José’s Light Rail Line that is conveniently located next to Christmas in the Park. Just hop off at the Convention Center or Plaza de San Antonio Station and walk over! Check out www.vta.org/ for schedules and more information FREE DASH Shuttle It doesn’t matter where you park while the DASH is working. The FREE Downtown Area Shuttle (DASH) connects the San José Diridon Caltrain Station with VTA Light Rail Stations, downtown office buildings, McEnery Convention Center, San José State University, City Hall and Civic Plaza and outlying parking lots. The shuttle runs about every 10 minutes in the mornings from 6:17am to 7:13pm Monday through Friday. Midday, the shuttle operates about every 15 minutes.

280 Southbound (from San Francisco)

• Take 280 South to the Vine Street/Almaden Boulevard exit

• Turn left on Almaden Boulevard

• Turn right on San Carlos Street

• Christmas in the Park (Cesar Chavez Park) is on the left at the corner of Market Street and San Carlos Street

680 Southbound (from Livermore, Milpitas)

• Take 680 South until it becomes 280 North at the 101 interchange

• Take the Bird Avenue exit, turn right

• Turn right on San Carlos Street

• Take 101 South to the Guadalupe Parkway 87 exit

• Continue on Guadalupe Parkway 87

• Take Park Avenue/San Carlos Street exit, turn left

• Take 101 North to San Francisco

• Take the 85 North exit
